Guided Meditation for Expanding Awareness
Staying connected to our inner experience or our outer experience is difficult at the best of times, but when we get into social situations or in a chaotic environment, it can be even more difficult to connect with what's happening for us (how we feel, what we need, what we want to say etc.) and what's happening around us.
